Five Journalists of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) have been honoured for their hard\u00a0work in various categories at the 27th Ghana Journalist Association (GJA) Awards<\/a>. The ceremony\u00a0took place at the Accra International Conference Centre on Sunday, 29th October 2023.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The theme for the awards event was \u201cLeveraging media freedom to sustain the democratic and\u00a0security architecture: The litmus test of election 2024\u201d\u00a0The five journalists who made GBC<\/a> proud are Gifty Adjei who was adjudged the Best in Feature\u00a0(Television); Beatrice Senadju came tops in the Health Reporter category; Doreen Ampofo won\u00a0for Feature (Radio); Akua Oforiwaa Darko (TV) was the Best in Environment and Science; with\u00a0Kwaku Bolton being adjudged winner in the Arts and Entertainment category.\u00a0Each winner was awarded a plaque and a citation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
